Growing up, music was always a part of my life. It wasn't until my father's unexpected passing that it became something much more profound. Struggling with panic attacks and existential dread, I turned to meditation as a source of solace and grounding. This new philosophy began to influence my music, and I discovered that instrumental music could complement the present moment and help me relax.
